Maintenance Supervisor

We're Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor ???

Qualifications:
A B.S. degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with MS Office Word and Excel, and computerized maintenance management systems (experience with Oracle eAM is desirable). Experience working in a union manufacturing facility is a plus. Experience in Heavy Manufacturing or Glass Fiber is desirable but not required. What You'll Do:
Supervise multiple projects simultaneously, using data to prioritize efforts and set focus. Lead teams consisting of staff and contractors, demonstrating strong leadership skills. Make informed decisions that contribute to the success of our operations. Who You Are:
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You have a proven track record of a problem-solving mindset and working with internal customers while building key relationships.
