The new operation expansion is for Pharma - Blow Fill Cap – BFC of Sterile Solutions. This Engineering & Maintenance group has around 10 Technical people for various functions like Manufacturing, Project Management, Systems, Validation, Automation, Maintenance, etc. Note 1 : This role will report directly to the Manager of Maintenance .
This Engineering & Maintenance group has around 10 Technical people for various functions like Manufacturing, Project Management, Systems, Validation, Automation, Maintenance, etc. Provide Electrical-Automation Maintenance Functions Maintenance of Utility/Facility and Production/Packaging equipment Maintain and troubleshoot Mechanical/Electrical systems Maintain Electrical systems – part of power Utility systems Support & train Jr. Mechanics Interface with automation system and OEM suppliers / vendors as needed Use the CMMS systems to manage maintenance work orders till process completion Candidate Must Have: 3+ years of Maintenance experience in the FDA regulated or Plastic manufacturing Industry. Excellent people, team working and computer skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced plant environment. Ability to work independently in 3 rd Candidate Nice to Have: Some certificate or technical courses Some experience with FDA, OSHA, EPA, regulations and compliance. Experience in the Pharma / Medical Device industry . Knowledge of Sterile Aseptic Filling Operations Experience with Plastic Injection Molding Machine , hydraulics, Servo Maintenance. Experience with PLCs and Controls . Experience with Purified water and Water for Injection – WFI systems Startup or Small company experience working in a dynamic and hands-on role.
