Lead a broad range of services that support maintenance and production organizations in a manufacturing facility.Develop and lead the Central Shops, including the Machine Shop, Truck Repair Shop, and Roll Shops.Accountable for results in areas such as Environment, Health and Safety, Cost Control, Quality, and Team Maturity.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute long-term and short-term goals and plans for the department.• Lead tactical maintenance through the staff.• Establish and monitor annual goals and hold the team accountable for achieving them.• Develop business presentations and proposals to expedite improvements.• Maintain close working relationships with peers across the plant.• Manage the maintenance of the plant's machine repair and fabrication shop.• Manage the maintenance of the plant's mobile equipment fleet.• Manage the maintenance of the plant's active and spare rolls.• Lead and manage cost savings initiatives for MRO-SER and Energy.• Manage the department's environment and health and safety performance.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Engineering.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine repair, maintenance management, and manufacturing industry.• Minimum of 3 years as department manager with direct supervision of salaried and hourly employees.• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multimillion-dollar department budgets.• Ability to lead organizational change.• Good communication skills.• Ability to identify and implement cost reduction initiatives.• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
