Performs CNC machine operations such as: proper set-up and calibration procedures Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor Maintains specification by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; detecting malfunctions; troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls; replacing worn tolls; adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes Maintains work area and equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; informing manager of repair needs, when required Documents actions by completing production logs Accomplishes company goals by meeting department goals and daily work requirements within established time frame Utilizes cut lists and/or drawings to ensure that finished parts are correct size and color Loads and uploads materials properly, in accordance with established company guidelines Properly disposes of scrap materials from cuts Responsible for learning to run Beamsaw Responsible for cutting remakes on Beamsaw Reports damaged/defective parts by competing Remake Log Sheet Cleans dust collector bags before shift ends Adheres to guidelines established by the Safety Director, including wearing of safety glasses at all times in the shop and wearing ear plugs Assists on other projects as required by manager The Benefits of Working Here Our benefits exemplify our commitment to a culture, ensuring employees and their families are well taken care of, safe and secure.?
