The Challenge:

We have an opportunity for you to use your analytical skills to improve the government's advanced analytics capabilities. You'll work closely with your client to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environment to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You'll develop algorithms, write scripts, build predictive analytics, apply ML and deep learning, and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn that set of disparate data points into objective answers to help drive innovation, research, and development for our military and government leaders to make informed decisions. You'll provide your client with a deep understanding of their data, what it all means, and how they can use it. You Have:
4+ years of experience developing ML models, including supervised, unsupervised, or reinforcement learning
Experience designing, developing, deploying, and testing in AWS and using tools such as Lambda, API Gateway, and S3
Experience with MLOps, GitOps, and containerization
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience deploying AI
Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, RAPIDS, Ray, or Polars
Experience with data engineering tools such as Databricks, Spark, Elasticsearch, Airflow, or a data warehouse
Experience with other cloud services such as Azure or Google Cloud
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of strong programming skills, including with languages such as Python or Java

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
