Full-Time LPN Travel or Local Contract - New Richmond, WI LTC/STR Facility
Are you an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) seeking an exciting opportunity to explore new locations while delivering quality care? Look no further! We have an excellent full-time LPN contract available at a reputable long-term care (LTC) facility in Wisconsin!
Position: Full-Time LPN Contract
Location: New Richmond, NE
Shift: 2p-10:30p; 10p-6:30a; 2p-2q
Hours: 40 hours/week
Length: 12 to 16 weeks
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional nursing care to residents of the LTC facility Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and implement care plans Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures Requirements:
Valid LPN license in Wisconsin or multistate license Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehab setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Must pass a 10-panel drug screening prior to start Must pass criminal background check. No felonies, must pre-disclose any other previous charges and will be considered on a case by case basis. Ability to pass Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check Valid Driver's license Benefits:
