Responsibilities
• Contribute to patient assessment in collaboration with RNs.• Administer medications and observe for adverse reactions.• Perform lab tests, therapeutic services, and educate patients.• Identify safety hazards and take corrective action.• Build relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire.• Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse certification.• High school diploma or GED.• Location: US-KY-Winchester.
