Chapman Payson Auto Center is looking for a full time Lot Attendant to join our team! The Lot Attendant provides support to the sales and service departments by ensuring the sales lot is organized and visually appealing, and assisting with the flow of customer vehicles in the service department. Come join our team!What We Offer:Compensation start at $16 per hourCompany culture that promotes professional growth and developmentDealership is closed Sundays!Paid time off and holiday payLow-cost medical, dental and vision insuranceLife insurance and disability coverage401(k) with company contributionsEmployee/family discounts on vehicle purchases and serviceEmployee assistance program, volunteer opportunities and more!Core Responsibilities:Clean interior and exterior of vehicles, and replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as neededMake key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehiclesKeep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, move cars as directed by management and following dealership display standardsGreet customers in the Service Drive, and drive their vehicles to and from service areasAssist with vehicle flow within the dealership as service tickets are generatedMaintain inventory of service supplies such as key tags, floor mats, seat covers, etc.Maintain service vehicles (gas, oil, water, tires)Desired Qualifications and Experience:Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plusMust have a valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningMust live in or near Payson, AZWork Hours and EnvironmentWe are open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 7PM and Saturday from 8AM to 5PM.
