As our logistics specialist in reverse logistics, you will be participating in supporting communication between Oura, fulfillment centers, and other logistics partners. You will be an active player in our return inventory management including disposition, refurbishment, rework and builds. You will also ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our processes and launch initiatives to drive optimization and improve overall efficiency.
What you will do:
Work as a trusted logistics, fulfillment and retail professional throughout Oura internal teams and Oura's logistics partners and selected customers. Oversee execution & continuous development of orders, deliveries, returns and forecasts. Own, drive & communicate partnership status – develop & improve processes and systems, manage SOP and maintain KPI with partners. Bring in strong expertise and know-how of the requirements of the retailer companies and meet their expectations. Ensure order fulfillment, shipping, deliveries (end-to-end); escalation and prioritization with carriers Work with Oura return partners, manage returns internally and externally (retailer, return partner, finance, customer service). Return inventory management: disposition, refurbishment, rework, builds and assemblies; inventory reconciliation This is a remote US role. 
Requirements 2+ years' experience in reverse logistics Previous experience working in major retailer portals to manage POs, route shipments and ensure ASN compliance. Amazon Vendor Central experience is considered a plus EDI and ERP experience, specifically NetSuite experience, is considered a plus.  Knowledge of routing requirements, arranging transportation using 3rd party logistics providers or working directly with carriers to ensure timely pick-up and deliveries to retailers' DCs or shipping directly to stores Extensive experience and knowledge of contract manufacturing, 3PL distribution, finished goods assembly, and order processing/execution. Inventory management experience and understanding of financial impact of transactions and adjustments

US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
