We're seeking a dedicated Logistics Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in coordinating ground travel, housing, and event arrangements for healthcare professionals and internal staff during critical assignments. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless logistics planning and execution, making a real impact on our ability to deliver exceptional services.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and build workflows for multiple clients simultaneously.
Represent our team while liaising with clients, vendors, and healthcare professionals during planning stages.
Utilize digital tools like Lucidchart, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to ensure easy access to relevant information.
Assist in negotiating hotel contracts and ensuring the best possible prices for accommodations.
Provide detailed directions and support to healthcare professionals and internal staff regarding housing arrangements.
Continuously improve our housing process to enhance efficiency and automation.
Requirements:
An Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in event planning, project coordination, or a similar field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, even under pressure.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
