Gathering cost from Vendors - phone, emails, and websites
Compiling quotes from software and submitting back to agents upon being awarded the shipment
Working in Cargowise - creating files, upload documents, check documents for compliance errors, and address agent
Knowledge of Power of Attorney and Client/Broker relationships
Communicating with Delivery company and providing updates to them and the agent
Monitor shipments for exceptions such as custom and payment holds and communication resolutions
Invoicing the overseas agent once shipment is complete
-Auditing and posting payable cost
