Loan Review Agent

Job summary
The Fraud Agent (Loan Review) will review customer documents and data to assess fraud potential.They will communicate with retail stores on funding approval and documentation requirements.Attention to detail and high productivity are important in this role.

Responsibilities
• Reviewing income and identity documents for fraud indicators.• Requesting additional documentation based on department procedures and critical thinking.• Completing verbal verifications of employment and income by calling employers.• Reviewing identity documents for credit alert red flags and identity theft concerns.• Maintaining high quality metrics while meeting productivity targets.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required.• Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 7:00am and 8:00pm, including every Saturday.• Nice to have: Bachelor's Degree and underwriting/lending experience.
