This position involves generating new business for the firm, utilizing leads provided by Lockgate. The Loan Officer will guide clients through the loan origination and closing processes, ensuring seamless transactions. Responsibilities also include overseeing sales strategy and ensuring the profitability of client accounts, with potential leadership and mentoring duties. Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Loan Officer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating and managing relationships with real estate investors, guiding them through our financing options, and ensuring seamless transactions. You will be provided with leads and support to help you close deals for these clients.
Compensation:
Hourly payment structure with industry-leading commissions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or similar experience.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
