Job Description:

Whirlpool is seeking a motivated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team in New York City. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions, address concerns, and provide product information- Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with customers- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information to customers- Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in customer support processes

Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Highly motivated and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to effectively manage interactions with customers- Proficiency in computer systems and online chat platforms- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
