Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Live Chat Representative to join our team. This is a part-time position, with the flexibility to work from home in Houston, Texas, US. We are looking for an individual with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field, who possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information via live chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, and processing returns- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department- Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Confident and resourceful personality traits- Strong adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
