Live Chat Representative

The Live Chat Representative at Dow Chemical in San Jose, California will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through live chat interactions. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through live chat platform.2. Provide technical support to customers regarding Dow Chemical products and services.3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department.4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on Dow Chemical products, services, and industry trends.
