As a part-time Live Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our clients. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively- Direct customers to the appropriate resources or departments as needed- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload- Excellent time management skills- Presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism- Driven to succeed and meet performance goals
