This firm offers an amazing opportunity for candidates who are seeking to grow their career as a Litigation Associate Attorney.  Position Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation including investigation, drafting pleadings, conducting discover, attending court hearings, and managing trial preparation Provide legal analysis and advice to clients on complex legal matters Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective litigation strategies Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations Stay updated on industry trends, changes in laws, and legal precedents to ensure accurate and effective counsel Position Essential Job Functions: Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as motions, briefs, and contracts Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including document production and interrogatories Attend depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings Work collaboratively with clients, expert witnesses, and other attorneys on case preparation Present oral arguments and defend client interests in court Position Skills: 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation Strong knowledge of legal concepts, procedures, and practices Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Benefits Competitive salary range of $105,000 to $135,000 per year Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Professional development and growth opportunities Hybrid To apply for this exciting opportunity, please contact
