Job Description The Lien Specialist on the Lien Services team is primarily responsible for full review, analysis, and dispute of assigned documents. The Lien Specialist is not directly client facing, but will provide an added layer of support for our clients and Senior Lien Specialists. Each Lien Specialist is responsible for successful communication, timely responses and providing overall excellent customer service. About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role Responsible for client calls regarding specific cases that are complex/involved where the client is looking for a conference call to discuss strategy Follow up and monitor S111 updates re: pending disputes Timely complete Status requests sent to personal inbox Comprehensive review, analysis, and dispute of assigned conditional payment, Medicare Advantage, Part D, Medicaid letters Communicate effectively, timely, professionally and comprehensively. Communication includes, but is not limited to, internal emails, client inquiries, case status requests, case updates and general subject matter questions. Maintain 24-48 hour TAT on all incoming emails and phone messages. Assist attorneys, staff and account management as requested Qualifications About You and How You Can Excel in This Role Detail oriented, organized, and quality focused  Advanced customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent technical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Crosspoint Able to work independently, self-directed, highly motivated Desire to work in a fast-paced, professional environment Flexible and adaptable 3 years' experience in MSP minimum Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Additional Information In 2022, Verisk received Great Place to Work® Certification for our outstanding workplace culture for the sixth year in a row and second-time certification in the UK, Spain, and India.
