Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The LPN will oversee the daily operations of the healthcare team, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and provide guidance and support to team members.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Provide guidance and support to team members
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the healthcare team
Work with Recruiter in the recruitment and hiring of clinical staff
Provide training and development opportunities for clinical staff
Ensure that patient records are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications
Required:
Active Louisiana LPN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred:
Minimum of year of leadership experience
Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
