In the first two weeks, you will be expected to fully learn and apply this process. This will ensure your success at the firm as you handle 60+ transactions at a time.Real estate never sleeps and sometimes, neither do we. Just kidding, we recover on the weekends. This is a full-time position in a very fast-paced environment. You must have at least two (2) years of experience handling residential closings from attorney review to closing.This is a fully remote position.Before applying, ask yourself: Are you up for a challenge? You will work on the transaction hand in hand taking direction directly from your assigned paralegal.You should have experience handling the following tasks:Managing the entire transaction to closing after attorney review along with paralegalReviewing inspection reports, understanding what repairs are appropriate to request, preparing inspection request letters and ultimately resolving the inspection contingency; ordering, reviewing, and clearing titlesSubmitting OPRA requests and reviewing resultsCommunicating with attorneys, paralegals, lenders, title companies, realtors, buyers, and sellersPreparing conveyance documentsAssisting with clearing titleTracking deadlines and following up where neededScheduling calls for paralegals as neededClient communications via text, email and phone and relaying updatesOffice management tasks as neededQualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or office environment as an administrative assistant or secretaryAbility to comfortably use all Microsoft Office productsAble to meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environmentApplicants must have excellent communication skills and organizational skillsExperience with Smokeball is a plusFun, outgoing, team playerInterest in real estateGrowth and abundance mindsetAppreciates systems processesAttention to detailComfortable with solving problems, but understand when an attorney should be making the final callCommunicate effectively in writing and verballyWilling to make suggestions to better our services and the firm's overallUnafraid to ask questionsHandle high-stress situations; not easily rattledTake direct feedback in strideTech-savvyAbout Company:Launched in December 2021, Key Esquire is a female and minority owned business quickly establishing itself as a leading Real Estate law firm in New Jersey.
