Responsibilities
• Source, recruit, and staff all hourly positions• Keep record of requisitions and candidate progress• Deliver offers and complete onboarding process• Prepare and deliver training in regulatory topics and hospitality education• Conduct guided trainings in collaboration with the People and Culture manager• Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team• Support in various other areas when needed
Requirements
• 2+ years of hospitality, recruiting, and/or administrative experience• Some familiarity with Luxury standards• Skilled in basic technology and Microsoft Office programs• Excellent communication skills• Confident ability to train others
