The Global Finance Learning & Development team is responsible for the Finance Learningstrategy, designing, executing and measuring best in class learning initiatives across the globe.The Finance Learning Advisor will partner with the business, HR and Talent, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion to drive development of Finance employees through learning solutions that strengthen the leadership pipeline, enhance technical skills and foster an inclusive Finance culture.Responsibilities:Serve as the liaison between Finance stakeholders and Learning Implementation Services team to develop required training related to various topics (i.e., policies, standards, regulations, etc.)Act as subject matter expert for Learning Governance and Digital Learning requirements through partnership with related teams, including the management of the Finance Training CouncilUnderstand relevant business and HR priorities and opportunities for capability building, performance improvement, cultural development, and overall impact within the functionIn partnership with other Learning Advisors, provide management and consulting to Human Resources and business partners and proactively identify and prioritize the L&D opportunities to support successful business outcomesEstablish trusted relationships with the business to provide learning advisory supportConduct the analysis of current versus future state gaps, identify root causes, determine the appropriate solution and how success should be measuredMeasure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and impactHelp market, evaluate and communicate the impact of initiatives with HR / Business partnersStay informed on market trends (both learning and financial industry) and employee best in class solutions to provide performance supportMonitor and communicate progress with other learning colleagues as well as HR / Business partners and navigate any variation in expectations with themPartner with Learning Advisors and other learning professionals on special projects as needed for Global Functions Learning and Citi Learning.Qualifications:6-10 years experience in Learning and DevelopmentConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS ExcelSelf-motivated and detail orientedProven influencing and relationship management skillsProactive leadership and motivational skillsEducation:Bachelor's/Universitydegree, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Human Resources------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Talent, Development, Learning & Diversity------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$93,440.00 - $140,160.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
