A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LEADERSHIP COACH - SALES TRAINER: In this position, you start your day with a virtual coffee, connecting with a motivated business owner eager to enhance their leadership skills. Guiding them through a personalized coaching session, you help them set and achieve tangible goals, fostering a positive work culture within their team.
As the day unfolds, you dive into sales training sessions, imparting your expertise to plumbers, salespeople, and HVAC technicians. Your virtual classrooms buzz with energy as you empower individuals to master the art of sales, ensuring customer satisfaction reaches new heights.
In the afternoon, you wear your strategic hat, collaborating with clients to tailor business plans that drive growth. You meticulously check in with contractors, ensuring they have the tools for success, providing mindset coaching, and reinforcing the commitment to their goals.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Requirements: 3+ years coaching, training, teaching, or consulting in a professional setting or owning a business Preferred Qualifications (in order of importance): In-home service industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, with plumbing being a big plus) Experience in small business operations (wearing multiple hats) Highly effective with administrative duties Project management experience Certification in life coaching, mindset coaching, and leadership coaching Accountability-driven, detail-oriented, organized, and coachable. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills A driven critical thinker Ability to influence others Sales experience Virtual work experience and preference Bachelor's or master's in leadership or a related area WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION: Position Type: Remote Typical schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM EST to 5:00 PM EST or as late as 7:00 AM AZ to 4:00 PM AZ Candidates must reside in Florida, Arizona, California, New York, or Texas.
