The OpportunityTheLead Quality Assurance Analyst - Hardwarereports to the IoT Manager and is responsible for leading our team in creating and implementing test cases. We are looking for an exceptionally organized professional with previous people management experience, who can elevate our products to new levels of accuracy, security, and safety. The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive QA program that not only ensures product quality but also fosters a culture of active employee engagement. We seek a seasoned quality assurance specialist who can enhance our reputation with a steadfast commitment to meticulous production.What You'll DoLead the team in interpreting, expanding upon, and complying with company quality assurance standards.Oversee complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.Design and oversee the execution of test plans and test cases to ensure software meets requirements and is defect-free. Identify and report defects and issues to the development team.Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure software meets quality standards.Stay updated with new testing tools and technologies.Participate in functional reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers.Communicate with internal stakeholders to understand and document their testing needs.Pursue continuing education in new solutions, technologies, and skills.Serve as a cross-functional resource, capable of taking on additional job responsibilities beyond the defined role.Your Experience and CapabilitiesBachelor's degree in engineering or computer science or equivalent experience.4+ years of experience in hardware QA testing.Previous people management experience.Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA.Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools. Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management.Excellent computer skills, including database management.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Comfortable working in a fast-moving, multi-threaded environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills.Salesforce work experience.Travel: Up to 30%
