About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Delivery Coordinator. A Delivery coordinator manages deliveries and key activities within a product area, in this case, Wells Fargo's Commercial Digital - Move Money aka Payment Products. The individual will work across multiple teams, bringing together product, design and technology synergies through requirements, Build and testing activities, to deliver value to our clients. The individual should be able to quickly build relationships and understand Impacts, Dependencies and Risks to support the product and scrum teams effectively. They should display proficiency with Agile Project delivery Model and be able to coach, assist and support scrum teams to mature into self-sustainable product delivery teams.
In this role, you will: Manage, collaborate and coordinate product area activities , by bringing together key product and Technology stakeholders,
Establish an open and effective platform for right level of engagement and conversations across multiple teams.
Work with dependency Partners to sync on backlog priorities and release calendars to ensure alignment across the board, with regards to Build and regression testing for application releases. Understand and coordinate release management process to support Move Money teams during app releases. Partner with Product Manager and Product Owners to manage and escalate Risks through appropriately established protocols.
Serve as a SME on Enterprise Change Management Procedures, Digital Standards and Policies. Keep product team up to date and provide required support for adherence and compliance.
Work in collaboration with product on prioritization and effectively communicate impacted stakeholder. Assist with creating plan of action outlining key tasks and delivery timelines..
Provide support and education to product and scrum teams on Enterprise Agile guidelines, Agile metrics, Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Align. Liase with Agile coach to prepare a coaching plan and define Training needs for the team. Cascade and share Move Money product area learnings with other teams to prevent inefficiencies and redundancies, resulting in increased Build and Test cycles. Lead key forums like Planning and Prioritization, Retros, Scrum of Scrums etc. for Move Money Product area
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Understanding of Payments ecosystem
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4+ years of Practicing Agile delivery experience
4 years of Confluence and Jira experience
4 years of Microsoft SharePoint experience
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
Job Expectations: This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
Ability to sit onsite at approved locations at least three (3) days a week.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Ability to work additional hours outside business hours.
Pay Range $115,900.00 - $206,100.00 Annual
