This fully integrated health system provides services for all stages of life with a newly renovated Family Birth Center to a state-of-the-art Senior Care Center. The LCSW Manager Resident Operations will be a key component in continuing Quality patient care throughout the geriatric patient population. 
The LCSW will report directly to the Administrator and will oversee all operations of resident services which includes social services and admissions. They will assure and maintain the emotional, recreational, and social needs of the residents and ensure family members are informed and involved in the plan of care. 
The Manager Resident Services will be responsible for educating other departments on the services provided in the Senior Care Center and develop and implement in-service training programs. 
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Social Science, Psychology, etc.Hold an active CO Social Worker License2-3 years of experience within a Skilled Nursing FacilityLocated in the Beautiful Rocky Mountains of Central Colorado, the LCSW Manager Resident Operations will be able to enjoy a growing outdoor industry business hub and a friendly, growing community.
