As a Landscaping & Construction Sales Representative for our company specializing in personalized professional landscaping services, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with residential and commercial clients who seek tailored landscaping solutions. Your passion for landscaping coupled with excellent communication and negotiation skills will be essential in promoting our services and achieving sales targets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES LEADS PROVIDED. Prompt and timely attendance for all pre-set appointments. Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Meet with potential clients to assess their landscaping needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide personalized recommendations and design solutions based on clients' requirements, ensuring alignment with our client company's capabilities and offerings. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Track progress against sales targets and provide regular updates. Prepare detailed proposals. Close deals. SKILLS & EXPERTISE Proven track record of success in sales. Required. Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the DFW. Required. PERKS $40k - $50k base. $150k+ OTE. Benefits: $500 mo.
