Landscape Installation Foreman

Our company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team in Fairhope, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction projects. This includes customer service, estimating, production, and training. The Landscape Installation Foreman will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as our internal team of Sales personnel, Production Manager, and Landscape Construction Manager. This is a full-time position with an expected 40-50 hours per week. Responsibilities Oversee the installation of landscape construction projects on a daily basis. Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects. Ensure that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget. Follow and enforce all safety procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions to supervisors. Assist in the development and implementation of the company's strategic plan and annual budget goals. Train and evaluate performance of field crews. Ensure that all equipment is operated safely and maintained properly. Qualifications Minimum of five years of experience in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction. Ability to effectively supervise, advise, and train field crew members. Excellent computer skills and proficiency in BOSS software or ability to learn. Proficient in both oral and written communications. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus. Must possess a valid driver's license. Compensation The salary for this position ranges from $18.00 - $25.00 per hour , depending on experience.
