Full job description Lead a crew of 2-4 team members to install and maintain residential and commercial properties across the NWA area.
Must have clean driving record, and valid ID. Monday-Friday work schedule. 40+ hours a week.

Overview of day to day:
6:45 am - Arrive at the shop, go through job notes, materials & tools needed to load into truck.
7:00 am - Meet your crew, go over the plan for the day with them, and get truck loaded up. Meet with Operators manager to go over any questions or issues that could arise during the day.
7:15 am - Leave shop.
7:30-8:00 am - Arrive on your jobsite.
Prep your crew with all information, and the plan for the job.
Walk through project with customer or site superintendent to go over scope of work and clarify any details.
At the end of each working day, you will allocate hours, materials and machinery into our management software. This will allow for us to track the progress of your projects. If the projects are ran well, and under budget, with great quality, we have incentive pay for this performance.
Manage your crew members well, treat them with respect, help them learn and grow, and lead your crew to install great landscape projects all over Northwest Arkansas.

Job duties include, loading/unloading truck for each day, planning materials for projects, performing landscaping jobs on time and under budget. Services offered are flowerbed installation, irrigation, dirt work, sod installation, fencing, and much more.
