General Position Summary
Operates light to heavy trucks and equipment to perform a variety of tasks associated with Landfill maintenance. Must pass a DOT drug screen test to be eligible for employment. Qualifications

Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills – A bility to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, with a wage range of $ 21.13 - $ 26.73 per hour. The pay range listed here reflects the FULL pay range for this position for the current fiscal year. Salary offers are based on the candidate's equivalent experience and internal equity with other employees within the same job classification.

The normal work schedule is 8 hours per day 5 days per week; exact schedules are assigned by management.
