They will be leading a team of Lab Assistants, Techs, and an Assistant Manager. 
This Laboratory Operations Manager will perform clinical duties such as evaluating new tests, performing quality assurance and quality control, and completing record filing processes. This leader will also take on administrative duties through overseeing department staff and developing new strategies to improve processes and operations.
