About the Role: In this role, you will be responsible for appropriate scheduling of personnel according to production schedules, collective bargaining agreements, and company needs. This includes the layoff of bargaining unit employees consistent with the labor contract and applicable letters of agreement.
Main Responsibilities: Prepare and communicate weekly personnel schedules based on production schedule, bargaining unit contract, and letters of understanding in accordance with applicable timelines Ensure Kronos is kept up to date and work with Payroll Department to meet payroll deadlines Work closely with hourly employees, factory management team, human resources and other stakeholders to coordinate all personnel scheduling issues and applicable resolution Coordinate and execute the job bid and back-up processes in a timely manner for all hourly positions in the factory Work closely with Supervisor team to track and manage job bid and back up training Participate in and contribute to grievance meetings Produce documentation requested in information requests All other duties as assigned Who we are looking for: Associates Degree in related field AND 1-3 years of related work experience Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Kronos Workforce Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a demanding and customer focused working environment Able to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining strong sense of urgency and focus on service Ability to interpret and implement Collective Bargaining Agreements How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
