Responsibilities The Labor Management Specialist is responsible for carrying out labor management tasks for the company in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws.
Review and process agency reports Review and resolve outstanding/unresolved shifts in agency portal Set up new agency profiles Update agency profiles Audit 1099 profiles to verify all labor management related entries are correct Review and process agency invoices in iPayables Process PBJ imports into Simple PBJ Assist with TeamWorkers payroll Terminate agency profiles monthly after review of zero hours report Serve as back up for payroll processing Serve as back up for scheduling Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Must have superior computer skills. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy. Must possess a keen eye for detail and be able to troubleshoot problems effectively.
