The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience and a strong passion for employment law.Responsibilities:3+ years of experience Labor & Employment Law Associate.Experience in federal and state courts, and strong writing, analytical and organizational skills to handle litigation and counseling work for clientsExperience with federal and state employment litigation and statutes including FLSA, FMLA, Title VII and ADA.Work proactively with business executives, in-house counsel, and human resources managers to address workplace issues before they develop into litigation.Work with employers in virtually every industry, including health care, real estate, banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, restaurant, construction, and nonprofitStrong background in Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Governance, and tax experienceQualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admission to the state Bar and in good standing.3+ years of legal experience, with a focus on employment law.Strong litigation and negotiation skills.Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.Previous defense experience is a plus but not required.Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.Retirement savings plan.Professional development opportunities.If you're interested in making a change, reach out to me today.
