Responsibilities
• Direct food processing and handling• Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock• Follow health and safety guidelines• Handle food related concerns• Ability to effectively lead, coach and motivate their team• Always display professionalism and lead by example• Hold staff accountable to company standards consistently• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment• Complete inventory, scheduling, ordering hiring• Train and fill positions in the kitchen
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a head cook• Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils• Strong attention to detail• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
