Responsibilities
• Cooking and prepping food to order• Monitoring food waste and inventory levels• Supporting team dynamic between back of house and front of house• Developing Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders• Ensuring great customer service and throughput• Cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen• Monitoring and repairing kitchen equipment• Ensuring safety guidelines are met• Filling out Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
Requirements
• Previous Chipotle Crew member experience• Understanding of Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location• High school diploma• Restaurant experience
