We are currently seeking passionate substitute teachers and supportive paraprofessionals to become valued members of our vibrant educational community in Milwaukee, WI. Join us in making a difference in the lives of early education, elementary, and middle school students. Our school is dedicated to creating a nurturing environment that encourages sensory exploration and the development of both gross and fine motor skills. Our learners engage in a wide range of enriching activities such as art, music, physical education, and Spanish, with a strong emphasis on communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity.
Position: Engage students as Substitute Teacher/Paraprofessional in Early Education through Middle School.
Location: Join our team in Milwaukee, WI & Oconomowoc, WI.
Pay Rate: Earn $200 per day for K-12 and $125-$135 per day for Early Education.
Time: Make a difference from 8 AM to 3:15 PM for K-12 and 8 AM to 11:30 AM for Early Education.

Requirements Passion for education or relevant field, either through a Bachelor's degree or hands-on experience Must possess a valid teaching certification or substitute teaching permit Proven experience working with children in an educational environment Exceptional classroom management skills and ability to maintain discipline Strong knowledge of curriculum development and effective lesson planning Familiarity with behavior management techniques that promote a positive learning environment Flexibility to adapt teaching styles and cater to diverse learning abilities Benefits We offer a competitive salary along with attractive compensation packages.
