Immediate need for job cost accountant seeking top compensation, paid time off and opportunity for advancement. Seeking an advanced Sage/Timberline user, previous commercial costing experience and ability to work on site will be keys to success in this dynamic, stable organization. Will be responsible for job costing commercial materials for a commercial project. Will analyze accounting records, financial statements, and compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns for Real Estate/Property Management company. Great benefits.
