Job Summary This individual will be responsible for assisting with the successful operation of the department, guaranteeing customer service that meets or exceeds expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversees daily administrative and operational tasks Hires, supervises, trains, and coaches associates Oversees sanitation and safety of assigned unit(s) Assists with cost control management for the account Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and Client as well as other departments Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree At least 3 years of relevant experience Supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills. Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to communicate with management, client, customer and associate levels.
