It Support Specialist

Marcum Search LLC has a full-time, in-house, opening with our law firm client, for an IT Support Specialist to work hybrid out of their Century City office. Candidates should have a b

asic understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies.

Candidates with law firm or other professional service industry experience are preferred.

Required:

At least 3+ years experience in software and hardware troubleshooting and configuration for laptops, desktops, mobile devices

Experience in Windows 10, MS O365, document management systems such as iManage Forte, DocXtools, Change-Pro/Compare or Document assembly,

Understanding of security components such as Carbon Black, Endpoint Protection, Defender, Crowdstrike, and Duo MFA.

Experience working with VPNs and Citrix.

Experience with telecom/communication platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams.

Working knowledge of group policies, AD/Azure AD, O365 administration, Endpoint Manager.

Basic understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies.

Bachelor's degree

Availability to work on-call schedule

Preferred:

Experience with SCCM

Understanding of application integrations and customizations

Responsibilities:

Install, configure and troubleshoot software and hardware issues for laptops, desktops, mobile devices and networks

Assist with new hire onboarding and changes

Provide primary coverage for help desk calls and emails

The compensation for this position is 80,000-$93,000 annually, depending on experience or other relevant factors.
