Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for serving others, while also possessing a demonstrable set of development and technical skills.JOB DUTIES:Develop and implement IT solutions that automate and optimize business workflows and processes.Develop scripts and workflows as needed for automated deployment.Generate design documents, best practice configurations, and test procedures.Collaborate with business constituents to identify their technical requirements and business objectives.Execute testing to validate system performance in accordance with the developed test plan and criteria.Recommend improvements to the existing architecture and process to reduce repetitive or time-intensive tasks in favor of automated solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.Provide subject matter expertise on cloud toolsets and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum of 5+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in complex business environments.Must have strong knowledge of scripting languages, including PowerShell (required) and Python (preferred).Comfortable working with REST & SOAP APIs along with related technologies.Experience implementing Single Sign On (SSO) and SCIM.Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies, including Azure, Entra ID and Microsoft 365.Exchange Online, to include OME & S/MIME Encryption, DKIM, DMARC and SPF concepts.Proficiency in business process automation, focusing on usage of cloud native toolsets such as Azure Automation & Logic Apps.Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex problems as they arise.Work independently on assigned projects. as well as effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, and users.The ability to learn new technologies quickly.Experience working with Microsoft Hybrid identity setups (Hybrid Exchange & Active Directory)Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus; Salesforce, AWS, GCP, UKG.#LI-MB1
