Management
Line and Staff Management must understand and be knowledgeable of company policies, ensure that all policies, procedures, and programs described within the Information Security Program are followed by A staff members, instruct their staff of the necessity and purpose of the policies, and implement a company cultural environment which fosters ongoing adherence and compliance.
General Statement Of Duties
Responsible for supporting a high standard of performance through the project management, documentation and communication of comprehensive business needs and requirements for IT to complete development of innovative and effective tools from conceptual design to implementation.
Along with The Business Project Manager, the Technical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing system and tool development/enhancement for effective program management supporting servicing processes according to client servicing requirements, Consumer Lending Compliance laws, other applicable third-party servicing laws, and purpose of meeting client SLAs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compliance, Documentation, Collaboration, Analysis/ Problem Identification and Solution and Project Planning and Management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, visualization, and prototyping skills, accompanied by leadership, human relations, organizational and time management skills. Clear ability to work independently and to consistently and effectively complete projects with minimum supervision. Analytical/problem solving skills, mathematical aptitude, PC experience with Microsoft, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project and Word. Ability to effectively use standard office equipment. Experience with Visio or similar drawing tools is a plus. Demonstrated ability to interpret financial loan data such as payment histories, interest calculations, and credit reports while maintaining confidentiality of same. Ability to travel 3-4 times per year (if needed), possibly involving multiple night stays. Ability to work individually and in a team environment, offering solutions.
Essential Characteristics:
Highly analytical individual with excellent reasoning skills, strong time management, and executive-level communication and leadership skills. Ability to display a high degree of diplomacy and professionalism with all levels within the organization as well as external business partners.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required. Preference in engineering, computer science, information systems or related field.
Experience:
Three or more years of experience in a project management role, three or more years of experience in the IT field. Prior experience within a financial or loan servicing institutions is a plus.
