Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Ability to configure routers and switches
Your TasksProvide day to day local/remote desktop support
Handle inbound calls and answer questions
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation
• Works on projects of moderately medium-complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams
• Basic support of datacenter and application architecture
• Ability to plan, implement, and monitor computer and printer/scanner networks (e.g. file server)
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls
• Knowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructures
