IT
Manager HCM
provides the project resources and project management to implement software application/systemrequirements of prioritized business and IT projects for business functional areas.
Essential Job Duties :
Deliver operational excellence by planning, organizing, and managing staff and overall operationsto ensure the stable and secure operation of Daikin Applieds IT functions pertaining to businessfunctional areas.Support business activity by providing project resources and project management to implementthe requirements of prioritized business and IT projects.Build and develop a high performing team that meets or exceeds client expectations.Manage the day-to-day operation and support of Business functional areas.In conjunction with the IT leadership, design and implement short-term strategic plans to ensure IT functions for business functional areas meets existing and future requirements.Participate in the development of overall IT strategies in collaboration with IT Leadership.Whats in It For you:
