Responsibilities: Administer and manage end-user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Microsoft Azure Active Directory. Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot laptops, iPads, and other devices using Microsoft Intune. Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, endpoint detection systems like CrowdStrike, and email security solutions. Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with the latest industry security standards. Provide technical support and guidance to employees, ensuring optimal workstation performance and resolving IT issues. Manage software licenses, IT inventory, and resources efficiently. Stay updated with the latest in technology trends and security practices, especially related to Microsoft products and services. Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required. Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT Administrator, Systems Administrator, or similar role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Azure Active Directory and Intune. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals; Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate). Experience with endpoint security systems, such as CrowdStrike. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
