Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to internet and phone leads with professionalism and enthusiasm.• Qualify and assess customer needs through effective communication.• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of dealership inventory, pricing, and promotions.• Schedule appointments for potential customers to visit the dealership.• Ensure appointments are well organized and confirmed to maximize showroom traffic.• Guide customers through the sales process by providing information on vehicles and financing options.• Conduct test drives and present vehicles in an attractive and informative manner.• Negotiate and close deals by providing exceptional customer service.• Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track leads, interactions, and appointments.• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and obtain feedback.• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and objectives.• Continuously strive for personal and team improvement.
Requirements
• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in internet or phone sales.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong negotiation and closing skills.• Competency in using CRM software and computer skills.• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.• Customer-focused with a passion for providing an exceptional customer experience.
