The Integration Center Team Manager manages a team of Integration Center Technicians by serving as a point of escalation and overseeing the team's efficiency. The manager will act as a liaison between sales department and the Integration Center by delegating work to appropriate staff based on needs of the sales/customer request. This position reports directly to the Integration Operations Manager and is performed in SHI's Piscataway, NJ Knox Integration Center location.

World-class facilities and the technology you need to thrive – in our offices or yours.   Include but not limited to: Run reports and track orders to determine workload for team Manage projects to ensure standard Integration SLA's and customer SLA's are met Review order to determine appropriate Integration Center Tech to complete task and delegate to staff Reviewing day to day operations to determine best processes Act as a liaison between teams and management to ensure all priority orders are expedited and provide communications on the projects, issues and order status Complete employee performance evaluations, address personnel issues, and manage shifts Assist Senior Management in interviewing, hiring decisions, and employee terminations Establish and maintain effective working relationships during course of assignment to complete delivery Convey technical information in a clear and concise fashion that is easily understood to communicate with sales and customer on orders Keep up with professional and technical competencies as the industry changes Associates Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience required Minimum 3 years' experience managing/leading a technical team Minimum 1-year project management experience Ability to take initiative Ability to manage small and large groups Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast pace environment while meeting all deadlines Ability to recognize workflow issues Ability to complete tasks without management follow up Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, and Excel Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively Ability to read and interpret technical instructions/manuals, troubleshooting guides, and manufacturer specifications Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of SHI Integration Center Processes, Policies, and Procedures Knowledge of AX The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $90,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
