Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to: Integrate schedule development, resource tracking and analysis, critical path development and analysis, build project plans, assessments, and mini schedules as required. Interface with flow management, project managers, engineering, shop, area integrators, and other planners and schedulers to develop daily schedules and respond to changes and issues. Participate in daily telecoms and scheduling meetings and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities which pertain to operations support. Support systems schedule development, integration, analysis, and deployment as well as communicate with integrated planners, area integrators, and other schedulers regarding changes and issues. Logically group tasks for timely execution. Perform other duties as assigned. Here's What You'll Need: Must have active Top Secret clearance with SCI or the ability to acquire Top Secret/SCI 3+ years of appropriate and progressive experience OR any equivalent combination of relevant education/experience DoD 8570 IAT II certification Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation and customer interface skills required to secure and schedule inter-organizational support Must be well organized with the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment Computer experience with Microsoft Office products, including and especially MS Project Must be able to quickly master new computerized tools for schedule development Should be technically inclined and must be able to understand execution of the work to maximize efficiency of personnel and their activities Highly Preferred:
