Complete intake assessments in the community (e.g. hospital, jail, detox, etc) or onsite to meet the cleints where they are to ensure a smooth transition into Maverick House, if appropriate. Utilize appropriate evidence-based practices to meet the needs of the individual or family. Ability to determine and implement appropriate determinations for level of care utilizing the ASAM criteria. Complete prior authorization to each of the health plans after a thorough assessment has been completed and BHRF-SUD is found the appropriate level of care. P Ability to self-reflect and maintain a level of self-awareness. Seeks supervision/consultation as appropriate. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have or be able to attain CPR/First Aid certification within 60 days of assuming role. Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role. Must be able to complete the DCS Central Registry Clearance process. Must pass a TB Test.
